It is ideal for those travelers who pass through our beautiful country on the way to the Adriatic coast or are looking for an active vacation in Croatian Zagorje. The house is situated in this picturesque village only 2 km away from the thermal spa and the medical center, which makes it a great location for relaxation. The house is entirely on the ground floor with enough space in the living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Ideal for 4 people, and two more can join you!

It is open all year round with a cozy living room and an indoor fireplace for cold winter nights. There is also a fenced yard, a fireplace for barbecuing and a covered gazebo that can be a place for socializing and relaxing.

Holiday Home Sviba is an ideal place to rest and a have a break from the hectic everyday life. However, if you want a restaurant, cafe, or museum during your vacation, in the vcinity there are Varaždinske Toplice (2 km), Varaždin (10 km) and Ludbreg (10 km).
